Our nation has been thru a lot the past few months. We look forward to resuming life and normal
routines.

Your safety and comfort have always been our top priority. We want to confirm that continues to be
true as we navigate the new guidelines Our office is following the guidelines set out by the American
Dental Association, the U.S. Centers For Disease Control and the Illinois Department of Health.

We have had to make some changes to our scheduling to ensure your safety and to comply with the agency’s recommendations.
- All patients will have a temperature check.
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing.
- All patients will be required to wear face coverings when not in a procedure room.

In order to maintain social distancing, you may have fewer options for appointment times.
